Green Sand Moulding

Our green sand casting process is ideal for manufacturing complex aluminium and copper-based alloy components in medium to large volumes.

It offers cost-effective production with excellent dimensional flexibility.

No-Bake Resin-Bonded Sand Casting

Our no-bake moulding process ensures high precision and dimensional stability for larger and more intricate non-ferrous castings.

With advanced core systems, we achieve accurate internal cavities and complex geometries with exceptional consistency.

Alt Text

Gravity Die Casting

We produce high-strength aluminium and non-ferrous gravity die castings using reusable metal moulds.

This process delivers improved mechanical properties, superior surface finish, and consistent dimensional accuracy.

Alt Text

Bi-Metal Casting

Our bi-metal casting technology combines two non-ferrous metals, or a non-ferrous alloy with a different base metal, to achieve enhanced wear resistance and superior structural strength.

Alt Text

Centrifugal Casting

We manufacture dense and defect-free aluminium and copper alloy castings using centrifugal casting technology

This process ensures superior strength, minimal porosity, and excellent wear resistance.

By focusing exclusively on non-ferrous materials, we eliminate the risk of iron contamination, ensuring that every casting, from intricate brass fittings to robust aluminium housings, meets the rigorous quality standards required for pharmaceutical, printing, packaging, pump, and valve applications.
